Why This Work Matters

Boundaries aren't just something you say —
they're something you sense.

For many of us, boundaries feel confusing. We overgive, shut down, people-please, or build walls that keep us safe but separate.

This space is designed to help you slow down and explore your relationship with boundaries from the inside out. Over four weeks we'll work with the body, emotions, and relational patterns that shape how you express your needs, hold your limits, and stay connected to yourself in the presence of others.

🌿
Somatic-First

Guided practices that help you slow down, notice what's happening in your body, and access the wisdom it holds

🔵
Relationally Held

A space where you can be seen, heard, and stay connected to yourself while relating with other women

🌸
Embodiment

Turning insight into lived experience through body-based and relational practices, so what you learn becomes something you can actually live

The 4-Week Journey

What We'll Move Through Together

Each session is 2.5 hours of shared exploration, somatic practice, and real-time integration, moving at a pace that lets the work land in the body.

Week 01 · April 9

Foundations & Layers

Somatic Awareness · Boundary Types · Resourcing

We begin by exploring the different layers of boundaries (physical, energetic, territorial, social) and building a felt sense of what it means to be resourced and present in your body.

Week 02 · April 16

Enneagram & Patterns

Relational Tendencies · Your Boundary Patterns

Using the Enneagram as a lens, we uncover the specific ways you move toward, away from, or against connection — and where those patterns come from.

Week 03 · April 23

Anger & "No"

Reclaiming Expression · Emotional Clarity

Anger is a loving messenger that tells us what matters most. We work with the emotions beneath the limits you struggle to hold, and begin to reclaim their clarity and power.

Week 04 · April 30

Self-Trust & Integration

Closing Circle · Celebration · What's Next

We close with integration and celebration. You'll leave with practical tools, a closer relationship with your boundaries, and a community of women who've walked this path with you.
